Your father, Japan, walked into the room and looked at you. "It's time for bed."
You glanced up from the puzzle that you and Taiwan were working on. "Okay." You turned toward Taiwan. "Could you visit again soon?"
She smiled and nodded. "Of course. Now you should go get some sleep, though."
You nodded and took hold of your father's hand. You walked to your room and tucked yourself in. Japan sat at the foot of your bed. He was frowning, a far-away look in his eyes.
"What's wrong, father?"
His head snapped up. "Nothing."
You looked at him. He sighed and said, "You just… you look like you're so sad all the time. And I don't know what to do to help you!"
You remained silent, frowning. Truth be told, you were a little sad, but not enough to be classified as 'depressed'. The fact that Japan was beginning to notice this just made you upset.
"That's why I invited over your Aunt Taiwan. You used to be so excited when she came over. And… Why are you crying?"
Silent tears were beginning to fall from your eyes. You just shook your head and looked down. Japan moved closer to you and lightly picked up your hand. "You know that you can tell me anything, (f/n)."
You nodded and squeaked out, "Not now. I don't wanna talk about it now."
Japan sighed and nodded. He knew how you felt.
He tucked your blankets around you a bit more. He started singing, very softly.
"秋の夕日に 照る山紅葉
濃いも薄いも 数(かず)ある中に
松をいろどる 楓(かえで)や蔦(つた)は
山のふもとの 裾模様(すそもよう)
渓(たに)の流に 散り浮く紅葉
波にゆられて 離れて寄つて
赤や黄色の 色さまざまに
水の上にも 織る錦(にしき)"1
You closed your eyes, suddenly feeling very sleepy.
"私は父、あなたを愛しています。"2
"私も、あなたを愛しています。"3
Japan stayed with you until you were asleep. Once he was sure that you were, he stood up and kissed your forehead. He walked to the door, but noticed Taiwan peeking in through the crack. He opened it and looked at her.
"You shouldn't worry. Times are tough, but (f/n) will pull through," Taiwan said, grinning softly.
Japan smiled tiredly. "I know."

You cried bitterly in the rain. It was pouring and you had no place to go.
You were a young girl whose mother and father had been taken away by the soldiers.
As you neared the woods you had so often played in, you noticed a sweet smell you had never smelt before.
It was fresh and tinged with a bit of sweetness and it was so tempting that you unconsciously followed it, unaware of the growing mud stain on your boots and the howling wind.
You arrived at a fence with a little broken down gate, creaking on its hinges. Inside was the tree that caused the smell a cherry blossom tree.
Strange, you had never fou

Alfred F. Jones walked out of the kitchen, carrying several cheeseburgers and two huge glasses full of some kind of soda, and paced over to the large, tan couch that sat about 4 yards away from a wide screen TV mounted to the living room wall. You sat on the edge of the couch, waiting for your father to set down the snacks and drinks so the two of you could begin the movie that Japan had sent over. The black haired man had said that this new movie was probably one of his scariest yet and America had gladly accepted Japan’s request to send it over. This also meant that

You were running around the house giggling and looking for a hiding place, you ran up the stairs and ran toward your parents room you looked around and ran into the closet hiding in a small corner, as the 5 year old you were you could fit anywhere. You were still giggling to yourself when you heard the door open, you covered your mouth to try and muffle your giggles ¨Where could little _______ be?¨ you heard your papas voice still muffling your giggles when the closet door flew open ¨Here she is!¨ your papa said when he saw you, you let out a small yell and ran past him leaving the room, your papa f

Here's the Japan version of 'Lullabies' for ! This one... I just poured so much of what I'm feeling right now into this. Writing has been my only relief, and now it's something I've been looking forward to each day.
1- Sunset on the mountains, the fall trees aglow,
Brilliant shades of autumn - crimson red, tan, yellow.
Maple leaves and ivy adorning the tall pine trees
Weave a beautiful pattern here at the foot of the mountains.
Autumn leaves at sunset on the mountain streams afloat,
Each leaf a shade of autumn - crimson, brown, yellow.
Maple leaves as they drift near the bank and away
Weave such beautiful brocades as they go by.
2- I love you, father.
3- I love you, too.
If the translations are wrong, please tell me.
Hetalia is not mine.
Neither are Taiwan or Japan.
I don't own you.
But I DO own the story.
